Construction is expected to begin May 21 on a new four-story student housing complex near the University of Central Florida’s main campus.
A joint venture formed by Orlando-based Lee Chira Holdings Ltd. and Houston-based Dinerstein Cos. plan to start work on the $60 million to $70 million first phase, which includes 763 bedrooms, a parking garage, two pools and recreation area and a clubhouse, according to a news release.
