ORLANDO-Dinerstein Cos. and Lee Chira Holdings Ltd. are gearing up to break ground on phase two of Sterling Central, student housing serving the University of Central Florida. Construction will launch on the 774-unit second phase in March 2010, with completion anticipated for August 2011.
