Sterling University Central to start construction of $60M - $70M Phase 2

A 760-bed student housing project under construction near the University of Central Florida's main campus will double in size soon. Sterling UCF LP, a joint venture between Orlando-based landowner Lee Chira Holdings Ltd. and Houston-based developer Dinerstein Cos., expects to break ground in April on the second phase of the Sterling University Central student housing complex off Alafaya Trail.
