An apartment complex on Pujol Street designed to revitalize Old Town Temecula and make the area more "walkable" is almost finished.

Keith Thompson, a leasing specialist for The Vineyards at Old Town, said one residential building in the complex and the common areas are complete and the other residential buildings will be opening soon.
