The Millennium Waterway Ave Wins 2012 Landmark Award
We’re excited to announce that The Millennium Waterway Ave won the 2012 Landmark Award in the Multifamily category! Named a finalist in both the Multifamily and Green categories, our apartments in The Woodlands TX took the top honor in a category open to all apartments, lofts, townhouses and condos located in the greater Houston area.
The Landmark Awards honor the best real estate projects and developments that improve the look, feel and image of Houston. Criteria for entering projects in the competition under the Multifamily category included demonstrated excellence in land planning, design and construction as well as economics, marketing and management.
Presented by Stewart Title and co-sponsored by The Hunton Group, Cokinos, Bosien & Young Law Firm, Comcast Business Class and the US Green Building Council, the 2012 Landmark Awards winners were announced April 19 during an awards dinner hosted by the Houston Business Journal.
