Partnership Award for Innovative Energy Solutions

The Millennium’s Waterway Ave apartments earned The Dinerstein Companies and CenterPoint Energy the Energy Solutions Center’s Partnership Award for Innovative Energy Solutions. The Center honored the companies for installation of energy efficient natural gas ranges and combination space and water heating units at The Millennium Waterway Ave.

“Residents are able to have lower utility bills because of the energy efficient gas technologies (installed at The Millennium Waterway Ave).” stated CenterPoint Energy Division VP Deborah Korenek.

The Partnership Award, presented to the Dinerstein Companies Feb. 23, 2012, is reserved for energy users working with their energy utility system to implement an innovative energy efficient technology or solution.
